Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects
- Inspect various systems and components of the home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and structural elements
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports for clients
- Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on inspection results
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and answer any questions they may have
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure accurate and comprehensive inspections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, schematics, and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
