Qualifications:Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or foreign equivalent
- Three-year residency in Internal Medicine
- Three-year fellowship in cardiovascular disease
- Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, valid FL Medical license
- Three years experience as a Cardiologist.
