Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and organized
  • Take patient medical history and vital signs accurately
  • Administer injections, medications, and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste
  • Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
  • Provide outstanding customer service and patient care
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a busy office setting & EMR
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
  • Ability to work in a team setting as well as take lead working individually
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
