Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Second Shift Supervisor at Orlando Products, Inc. located in Baltimore City County, MD. The Second Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during the second shift, managing a team of employees, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
