The Role : Dispatcher (Part Time)

Coordinate and assist in operations and processing of paperwork through Shipping Office.

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role

• Process deliveries through SAP, manifesting and ship confirming.
• Uses Roadnet to route next day deliveries using internal and external fleet as needed.
• Compiles shipping reports for division use.
• Updates all customer related information in Roadnet.
• Maintains files of delivery tickets, POD’s and OP Receivers.
• Performs other duties and / or responsibilities as requested.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience :

Six to twelve months related experience and / or training.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical

procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and

procedure manuals. The ability to perform analysis, create analytical reports.

The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,

common fractions and decimals as well as algebraic formulas.

Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex analysis in Microsoft Excel.
