We are seeking passionate, storyteller, Sales Associates to join our airport store team. This role is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, highlighting Portland's vibrant, Latino culture in the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary storyteller in-store, sharing the rich heritage and craftsmanship behind our products with enthusiasm and authenticity.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with product selections, and enhancing the overall shopping experience .
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand.
• Communicate relevant business trends during morning briefings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching to enhance team performance.

Key Requirements:

• Passion for the Orox brand, category, and the cultural diversity of Portland's Latino community.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to captivate and engage customers through compelling narratives.
• Detail-oriented with a preference for creating visually appealing displays that highlight our brand.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in building relationships and welcoming customers into the Orox experience.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support store operations and customer needs.
