• Client Bikes & Scooters is the operator of eight bikeshare systems across the country, including Client Bike, the nation's largest bikeshare system.
• We're looking for a hands-on marketing coordinator who wants to help promote the micromobility revolution.
• As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Client Bike Marketing Manager in developing and executing social media content plans with a creative eye towards promoting the fun and sensibleness of the bikeshare system.
• You will help shape the vision and implementation of the Client Bike system on our social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the overarching organic social strategy across all of Client Bike's social platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Ownership of social media platforms in their entirety, such as planning growth strategies, content, posting cadence, copywriting, as well as reporting and analytics.
• Contribute innovative ideas, best practices, and offer reactive solutions for social media marketing, as well as provide in depth reporting, insights, and competitor analysis to inform the creative process and make recommendations based on data Assist in creating channel growth strategies that will deliver against key KPIs for awareness, revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
• This includes managing social partnerships and tactical giveaways and creative ideas that tap into social trends Assist in copywriting and own specific copywriting tasks for the social team that is on brand and encompasses the Client Bike tone of voice Conduct social listening and competitor analysis reports on a regular basis for always on initiatives as well as provide in depth reporting for campaigns Attend events on behalf of Client Bike to capture content and represent the brand

Requirements
Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, or 1-3 years of work experience.
• Hybrid role in New York City with 10% travel to community events and to capture content within the City Deep understanding of the social media landscape, trends and platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills Proficiency in all social media platforms as well as business programs such as Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Adobe, Airtable, Canva. In addition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• Awareness of pop-culture, cultural moments and social media trends The ability to act fast and in real-time Creative thinker problem solver A hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines Ability to work well both independently and within a team and an excitement or curiosity for cycling, bikeshare, urban planning and/or micromobility.
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours as needed.
