Overview

The QA Analyst at Altumint is responsible for maintaining, inputting, and analyzing data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our operational records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a blend of programming experience, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our organization operates efficiently and effectively, based on accurate data-driven insights. Software developer. Associate. Junior. coding. Development. PHP. SQL. Python. 

Responsibilities

1. Programming:

• Design and bring to fruition various projects based on the parameters set by the team.
• Make use of python to generate software-based solutions and interfaces for the company to use to assess system health.
• Interact with the various databases we maintain in a SQL environment and make use of them within the projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize data-driven decision-making processes.

2. Problem Solving:

• Address data inconsistencies and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
• Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and seek solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and personnel to implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Administrative Duties:

• Participate in meetings and provide updates on data analysis and related projects.
• Liaise with IT or software engineers to ensure that data input tools and platforms are functioning correctly.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest tools and best practices in data management and analysis.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient at various programing languages including Python and SQL.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain and input data with high accuracy.
• Experience working with Jira. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
