Job Summary:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Maintain patient records and update medical information accurately
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient appointments
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
