Job Description: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes while providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of sales forecasting, incentive compensation calculation, expense management, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly net sales forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Calculate, report, and submit monthly sales rep incentive compensation based on performance metrics.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales by product, identifying trends and top-selling items.
  • Monitor selling expenses monthly, comparing against targets, and provide ad hoc analysis for non-selling expenses.
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize spend and improve cost efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
