OrthoLazer Center - Chelmsford is Hiring a Clinic Director Near Chelmsford, MA
**Job Summary:**
Ortholazer Orthopedic Laser Centers is one of the fastest growing startup franchises. We currently have 18 centers around the country and another 15 developing. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations at our Chelmsford MA location. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures to optimize clinical performance.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to enhance patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare laws
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of Zenoti/OhMD or similar electronic health record systems
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient records
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Manage fiscal resources effectively to ensure financial stability
- Work with managed care organizations to optimize reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with Zenoti, OhMD or similar electronic medical record systems is preferred
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN), PT or AT backgorund is a PLUS
- Proven experience in office management within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of fiscal management principles in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with managed care organizations is beneficial
