OrthoTennessee is seeking a Patient Collections Specialist for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at our Central Business location in West Knoxville. This role will be responsible for monitoring all accounts with delinquent patient balances, reviewing patient balances for outsourcing to Payment Monitoring or to Collections. This Patient Collections Specialist will work closely with our extended business office and collection agencies and patients as well as with the front desk to collect balances. Additionally, the Patient Collections Specialist will process bankruptcy notices, returned statements, USPS reports, patient portal emails, and tasks. Medical billing experience preferred.
