Overview:

Orule Corporation is an up and coming roofing company located in Atlanta, GA. Our goal is to provide a professional and goal attaining environment for our employees while providing outstanding service for our clients.

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet targets.

This is a commission only based position with opportunity to earn monthly and yearly bonuses. A training allowance will be provided for up to the first 90 days.

Completely drone based position. No climbing required.

Duties:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and door-to-door canvassing.
- Educate property owners on the storm damage insurance process.

- Manage projects from start to end with honesty and integrity.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowners property.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Self motivated, honest and committed to helping people.

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with Jobnimbus or similar CRM software
- Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation and closing skills.
- Door-to-Door canvassing requirement

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- Experience flying drones is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
