OS2 Healthcare Solutions is building a pool of experienced HCC/Risk Adjustment coders for HCC/Risk Adjustment coding projects.

Employment Status: Onsite.

Hours: 20 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing high quality HCC/Risk Adjustment coding across multiple clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have CPC, CRC, CCS, or CCS-P
· Coders with the following designations are eligible to apply if holding the CRC

credential as well: CPC-A, COC-A, RHIA, RHIT, or CCA
· Must have proof of passing an ICD-10 Proficiency or readiness assessment through the AAPC or AHIMA
· Must pass the HCC/Risk Adjustment online coding assessment
· Completion of an Independent Contractor Agreement required
· Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
· Must maintain a 95% accuracy rate or above.
· Must meet weekly production requirements.
· Mandatory live-online training required.
