Osaic has returned to a hybrid work schedule, so we are seeking candidates prepared to work a split schedule between home and the office.
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
At Osaic the primary purpose of the project manager role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects. The project manager must do this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints. These factors may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.
Responsibilities:
Support the EPMO with creating and improving standards to drive success across the portfolio and within individual projects.
Manage projects through all phases of the life cycle, including project initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation review.
Define project scope, resources requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables and milestones; evaluate courses of action on an ongoing basis and select the best alternative to attain project goals.
Promote leadership through collaboration, cooperation and communication across functional areas to ensure goals are achieved.
Partner with project stakeholders to define requirements, establish status reports, develop communication plans and create management presentations.
Maintain focus on project plan tasks, manage risk throughout the life cycle and make contingency plans to manage issues that pose risk to budget, time delivery or functionality.
All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S Diploma or GED certificate significant practical experience will be considered.
Basic Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience as a project manager leading complex projects simultaneously across the business.
Experience running multiple Agile scrum teams is highly desired.
Work experience in the financial services sector.
High level of expertise with Microsoft Office (including MS Project).
Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
Team player with demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and to influence key project decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to interact with at all levels of the organization in both technical and business areas successfully.
Ability to travel. (15%-20%).
Preferred Requirements:
PMP Certification.
Scaled Agile (SAFe) Scrum Master certification
Proven experience with process reengineering or business transformation.
