Overview:
Oscar Mike Security is seeking skilled and reliable Armed Security Officers to join our team to provide armed security at the Balmoral Lagoon. The ideal candidate will have a background in security, law enforcement, or military service. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and patrons.
Duties:
- Foot Patrol at the Balmoral Lagoon Facility to ensure the safety of patrons and the client
- Must be able to work in inclement weather, heat, cold, etc. at the 5 acre facility.
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents
- Enforce lagoon regulations and safety precautions
Experience:
- Previous armed security experience preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required.
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
This position requires candidates to possess a valid armed security license (Level 3 Commission) issued by the state of Texas, or a valid Level 3 certificate from an acknowledged training academy. Must have reliable transportation. Be able to work special events at our various lagoon locations. Must be prepared to present a valid MMPI certificate issued by a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
