Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end ERP implementations within the manufacturing sector. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for ERP system configuration and customization.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs
