Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team in establishing and nurturing relationships with distribution and installation partners, aligning with company strategy.
• Oversee the development and execution of partner co-marketing programs, ensuring they meet predetermined goals for the Brand Marketing Department.
• Act as the liaison between local and regional partners and various internal departments.
• Provide regular tracking and reporting on partnership success, including engagement, budgets, and ROI.
• Take charge of local marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and strengthen connections with external audiences.
• Develop, manage, and execute local/regional marketing initiatives that support regional customer engagement and company branding objectives.
• Collaborate closely with key external stakeholders to assess market position and determine the best approach for local/regional marketing efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with national and regional industry organizations, aligning with marketing and sales goals.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to implement marketing initiatives resulting from industry partnerships.
• Ensure a clear alignment between industry organization support and the overall marketing and sales strategy.
• Assist in creating marketing-related content through activities like customer interviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3 years of sales or relationship building roles
• 2 years of marketing with a focus on customer engagement
• Quick learner, positive attitude, analytical, highly organized, creative, and self-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred 2 years in the renewable industry (Solar preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus (specifically English/Spanish)
