What You'll Do:
- Solve Challenges : Work closely within the teams to understand hurdles and craft clever, innovative solutions.
- Implement with Style : Bring these solutions to life, focusing on simplicity, reusability, and robustness.
- Build & Grow : Help shape and expand the platform, making it stronger and more adaptable for users.
- Support on Rotation : Take part in on-call rotation to keep everything running smoothly.
Must-Have Superpowers:
- 3 years of experience in a technical role
- 3 years of Python expertise 🐍
- Skills in React, Vue.js, FastAPI, Django (or similar API frameworks), Git, Containerization (Docker), SQL (Postgres), Orchestration, and IaC (Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a love for solving both technical and interpersonal puzzles 🧠💡
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):
- Experience in energy, power trading, or post-trade environments ⚡
- Familiarity with SCADA systems (MODBUS, ICCP, DNP3, or OPC UA)
- AWS experience ☁️
- Knowledge of dependency management (Poetry), machine learning pipelines, SQLAlchemy, and timeseries datastores
- Linting experience with mypy
