- Experience: Minimum of six months experience with computer, Microsoft Office and email. Minimum of 6 months health care facility clinical experience or clinical education (including enrollment or completion of OSF MSS MOA Bridge Program).
- Completion of a medical assistant program or equivalent Minimum of six months experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent Minimum of six months experience with an electronic health record Some knowledge of medical terminology
- Licensure/Certifications – BLS
