This role requires a visionary leader with strong project management skills, adept at managing both internal teams and external vendors to achieve marketing goals.
What You'll Do
  • Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop and implement clear strategic plans (OKRs, annual plans) to drive account success and growth, aligning team efforts with company objectives and KPI targets.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Oversee and manage an internal marketing team and external vendors to execute key processes and achieve marketing and acquisition goals.
  • Content Development & Deployment: Drive the creation and efficient deployment of high-quality marketing assets across various channels (DTC, B2B2C) using technology tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor the performance of marketing assets and initiatives, driving continuous improvement to enhance member acquisition and engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational success and provide comprehensive reporting on marketing goals, ensuring alignment with leadership.

What You Need
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record with marketing KPIs, including brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with very big partners.
  • Ability to develop and deploy marketing assets efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Expertise in using technology tools for content deployment (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpress, e.g.)
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with experience in driving growth initiatives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and crisply.
  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • High technical proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, with a commitment to continuous learning.
