Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service. This role goes beyond data entry.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service through relationship building

-Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfactions

-Processing new and existing orders

-Reviewing price quotes, pricing history, and previous orders

- Review scheduling availability to provide accurate and complete entry of orders

Required Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and experience in account management
- Proficiency in using technology to support sales activities
- Experience in manufacturing, sales or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Leadership qualities to drive team success
- Familiarity with Business development strategies
