Description:
We are an ISO certificated manufacturing company looking to add 1 Customer service professional to our office.
The Customer Service Rep role will receive training in the following areas: processing new and existing orders, checking orders, reviewing inventory, price quotes review, pricing histories, previous orders and scheduling availability to provide accurate and complete entry of orders. This role goes beyond data entry.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service, computer, word processing, math and telephone skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers at all levels is a must. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing office setting a plus. The proper candidate must be very detail-oriented and quality- conscious along with strong investigative skills.
Hours will range between 7:30 am-5:00 pm (8.5 hour shift, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch)
