React and Typescript Developer for global computer software company in Redmond, WA.

This team is seeking a developer to join an internal e-commerce supplier team, gaining valuable experience as a professional developer within the company's ecosystem. You'll collaborate with a team of engineers supporting the commercial marketplace, assisting individuals and businesses in selling products online.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user interface components with React.js, leveraging TypeScript for type safety and code maintainability.

• Collaborate on application architecture, focusing on performance and scalability.

• Implement features and interfaces using React and TypeScript, optimized for speed and cross-browser compatibility.

• Work with Azure Static Web Apps for hosting and automating deployments.

• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.

• Contribute to code reviews to uphold development standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, and the development of scalable web applications.

• Experienced with Azure Static Web Apps, including deployment and CI/CD processes.

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred skills:

• Experience building user interfaces with opinionated design systems.

• Integration of a microfrontend within multi-tenant architecture.

• Rapid prototyping using mock APIs.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• 8 years' experience required

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite required)

Hourly Rate Range: $51-66/hourly (DOE)
