Job Description
- Load and unload smokehouse and brine chiller with product.
- Start smokehouses using the proper cook cycles and be able to determine when to stop the cook process.
- Take all necessary temperature checks and fill out the appropriate documentation.
- To be able to identify problems with the smokehouse, smoke generators, and brine chiller to ensure the proper cooking and chilling procedures are being met.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Reading and writing English skills a must.
English speaking a must, bilingual a plus.
Computer Experience a Plus, But Not Required.Must be able to move racks weighing up to 500# on a continual basis.
Required ExperienceSmokehouse experience and background preferred
