OSPTA Home Health Care is seeking a full time Licensed Physical Therapist to provide services in Fayette and Greene counties areas.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: To evaluate a patient's neuromuscular and/or musculoskeletal function through the administration of diagnostic and prognostic assessment of muscle, nerve and joint function. To develop a plan using treatment techniques based on the individual patient's needs. To report findings to referring physician in order to coordinate care. To provide care as needed and/or supervise care provided by the PT Assistant. To delegate duties to the PT Assistant when appropriate
Home care experience preferred but not required
Strong computer and technology skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

PT Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an approved physical therapy program; licensed to practice, or eligible for licensure, in the state in which they practice; have good oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.
