OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers in the Groveport, OH area.

OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained.

$20 an hour.

• We are looking for motivated security supervisor with a good background in customer service. Must be able to start employment on August 5th, 2024.

Monday through day shift. Must be willing to cover shifts for call offs, request offs, etc.

Requirements:

· Twenty-one years of age

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary

· Ability to speak and write English

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures

· Pass background check

· Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities include:

· Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras

· Making a weekly schedule for a staff of 5 guards

· Turning in an accurate weekly payroll schedule

· Lead a staff of 5 guards as well as issuing reprimands when required

· Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed

· Responding to and assisting in emergency situations

· Completing incident reports when required

· Completing tasks as required by the client

· Signing visitors in and out of the facility
