Osteria Nino is Hiring a Restaurant Server Near Burlington, MA
We are looking to add strong servers to our front of house team at Osteria Nino located in the 3rd Ave plaza in Burlington.
The right candidate will have prior serving experience in an upscale/casual restaurant environment, experience using POS and running credit cards, taking orders, familiarity with food allergy protocol, be comfortable with wine and cocktail basics, and be totally comfortable on the floor interacting with guests from every walk of life and providing them with impeccable service. Training on our procedures will be provided.
Our company culture values mutual respect, team work and doing 100% to provide our guests with a positive and memorable experience every time they visit us. Training on restaurant particulars will be provided as well as periodic training on new menu items in both food and beverage.
Additionally we are offering:
-$500 retention bonus to any employee who averages 30 hours or more per week after 90 days.
-BCBS health insurance to any employee who averages 30 hours per week after 90 days.
-50% off food at any other LG establishment for up to four guests after 60 days of employment
