Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Taking and delivering customer orders accurately and promptly

- Providing menu recommendations and answering customer inquiries -

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer

- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service

- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive and friendly attitude

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
