Pay Range: $22-$24/Hour
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
Accounts Receivable Assistant will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for ensuring accuracy and submission of invoices on a timely basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Match the vouchers and receipts to the correct invoice
•Scan and prepare the invoices to be submitted to customers
•Print receipts from Tul, Mirus, or Flo Xgen
•Assist the Accounts Receivable Analyst with sorting vouchers and receipts
•Billing invoices in Great Plains
Qualifications:
•Proficiency in MS Office
•General knowledge of accounting and general ledger accounts
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
•Well organized and ability to manage time well
Desired Experience and Skills

• 2 years of work experience within Accounting, A/R, or Supply Chain, preferably in retail, grocery, or similar industries
• Knowledge of full A/R cycle: invoicing, aging, reconciliation, collections, auditing
• Solid Excel skills (including but not limited to VLOOKUP, COUNT/SUMIFS, pivot tables, and data analysis) are a MUST.
• Keen eye for detail and meticulous maintenance of all records
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
