This is a key leadership position reporting to the VP/GM Oticon and responsible for leading the national sales force for the Oticon Independent channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 8 Regional Managers and 50 Account Managers throughout the US. The main focus is to motivate, performance manage and develop the sales force to leverage the appropriate sales strategies, tactics and tools to achieve sales growth through both customer acquisition and in growing the existing customer base. The National Director of Sales must possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics. The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years hearing industry experience and a strong business acumen. Additional Audiology degree, Finance degree, MBA or 10 years of comparable working experience in Business Development preferred.
