As a Sales Support/Data Entry Specialist at Mythic Talent Agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring accurate and efficient data management. You will be responsible for maintaining our internal databases, processing sales orders, and providing essential administrative support to our sales team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain internal databases with precision and accuracy
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights that support sales strategies
• Respond promptly to internal inquiries and provide exceptional support
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Experience:

• 1 year of data entry or administrative support experience preferred
