We have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Data Analyst in our Data Products team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and driving growth for our fashion brands. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Merchandising and User Engagement teams, to develop and fine-tune our state-of-the-art recommender and pricing systems. 

Leveraging your expertise, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to innovate our pricing strategies, running experiments and analysing the results to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. Your responsibilities

• Delivering and analysing the best product recommendations on our website and through our marketing channels
• Optimising our pricing algorithms and approaches involves refining current methods and exploring novel algorithms
• Conducting A/B tests and Utilising your data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey and personalising the shopping experience.
• Dive into user behaviour to develop an in-depth understanding of behavioural drivers 
• Collaborating with the Merchandising and User Engagement teams to optimise and improve our recommendation algorithms.
• Contribute to decision-making processes and present data clearly, concisely, and convincingly 

What you'll bring to the team...

• Hold a master's degree in a quantitative study such as econometrics, economics, physical sciences or mathematics
• 3 years of experience as a business or data analyst, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong SQL and Python programming experience
• Have experience conducting A/B tests and analysing and recommending changes
• Excel in communication, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Exhibit strong self-management and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excited by fast paced & nimble environments
• Capable of presenting insights in a compelling and engaging manner.
• Nice to have: E-commerce, Product Recommendations and merchandising experience
