As we continue to rapidly expand customer awareness, the demand for services is increasing. We are seeking a Customer Account Associate to join our team to assist in the development of our clients and their consumer demands.

As a business development and acquisitions firm, we supply our customers with service alternatives. We take their imagination and do more than just run wild, we make it happen! With our home improvement clients, we extend beyond just the basics. We cover window treatments, kitchen designs, renovations and more. Our team of Customer Account Associates is determined, motivated, and excited to spread home improvements and continue making a massive impact.

Responsibilities as a Customer Account Associate:

• Communicate clearly with customers in a retail environment to expand home improvement services
• Properly prepare any necessary appointments by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and processing sales orders
• Professionally represent our clients to customers with their vision in mind
• Drive increased awareness and ROI through superior customer service
• Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
• Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
• Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary

Requirements as a Customer Account Associate:

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations
• Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
• Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumers lives
• Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights or weekends
• Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined and honest work ethic
• Unrivaled interpersonal skill with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
