Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Oracle HCM QA Lead. This is long term contract in Overland Park, KS (Hybrid).

Skills & abilities required:

• Bachelor's degree. Business, Technology or Computer Science Degree preferred with Minimum 10 years of experience in leading SIT & UAT testing in Agile/Hybrid environment.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management and Reports is required.

Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI / RICEW

• Hands on experience on writing manual tests, executing test runs, SIT & UAT test planning & execution.
• - Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing.
• Jira / Confluence
