Job Description:

As the Senior Videographer you will collaborate with a talented team of videographers, editors, writers, and designers to produce high-quality video content for various platforms. If you have excellent storytelling and technical skills, we would like to hear from you! The Senior Videographer is an imaginative and adaptable professional who can create, edit, and deliver video content for YouTube, social, paid digital ads and web. This role demands a mix of technical skills in video production and a keen sense of storytelling to craft engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with camera operation, lighting techniques, sound recording, and editing software. Collaboration skills are essential, as the Senior Videographer will assist and advise production crew in producing quality content and ensuring a cohesive vision during in-studio and off-site productions. They must stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep content fresh and appealing. Strong project management and communication skills are required to meet deadlines and maintain the brand's quality standard.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal requestors, Visual Media Manger, Creative leads and project managers to meet project objectives and needs.

• Plan, shoot, and edit how-to and social videos, paid ads for performance marketing, product tours for events, and more.

• Play a key supporting role through the whole video production process, from idea development to final delivery.

• Collaborate with Visual Media Manager and Creative director on visual identity, prop and product needs and on set art-direction.

• Support the visual media team to ensure quality and brand consistency.

• Keep up with industry trends, equipment, and editing techniques.

• Manage equipment maintenance and inventory.

• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed.

• Strong project management skills

• Promote a positive and cooperative work culture within the team.

• Maintains confidentiality in the management of information such as intellectual property, talent, contracts, etc.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and challenges.

• Assist with global translation edits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, Media production or a related field

• 3-5 years' professional experience in video production

• Demonstrated videography skills, with an impressive portfolio showcasing your work.

• Skilled in using video production software that is standard in the industry (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).

• Strong storytelling skills and a knack for composition, lighting, and visual appeal.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Able to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changing project needs.

• Technical expertise in professional video codecs and final delivery export settings.

• Passion for creativity and innovation.
