Description: OtterBase is working with a client around Farmington Hills, MI to fill an Accounts Payable opportunity. This is a contract opportunity with hybrid schedule. Experience in project invoicing is MUST HAVE for this opportunity.


Responsibilities/skills:

• Prepare daily bills and invoices as well as complete the invoicing process for submission to customers
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of all assigned vendors
• Complete timely job/project reconciliation
• Provide customer and vendor support
• Ensure the timely reporting of all daily, weekly and monthly financial information

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable/Invoicing experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related field or an equivalent combination
• Proficiency in MS Office and PeopleSoft
• Strong accuracy, independent worker, detail oriented, and strong communication skills
