Position Summary:

Performs blood collection on variety of patients, registers and orders patients for test requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED) and graduate of an accredited phlebotomy training facility or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Experience: Phlebotomy training program clinical rotation. Preferred Experience: 1 year.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE

• Certificate from an accredited phlebotomy training facility or proof of equivalent training; valid Driver’s License.
