Lead R&D Participant Recruiter is responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining records and databases, documenting outcomes, appointments, & all participant communications. Lead Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for special projects, appointment reminders, and developing recruitment material for distribution. The recruiter must also be able to answer basic questions about the types of collections and research being conducted with the donations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pleasant voice and professional manner required
1 year previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, recruiting position required
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets
Ability to effectively communicate to the public over the phone
Primary Responsibilities
Directly supervise other R&D Recruiters in their performance of duties and their compliance with safety directives, HIPAA regulations, and OBI/departmental policies.
Call/text/email donors for the purpose of gaining commitment to participate in an R&D department study or donation.
Identify the right donors to meet client specifications using internal department databases, current BECS database, and working with supervisor
Follow scripts & talking points as directed.
Leave quality recorded messages with accurate information.
Schedule participant donation and pre-screen appointments
Make follow-up and reminder calls for participant appointments.
Educate participants about opportunities for participation.
Maintain a high standard of integrity and confidence in all communication with participants.
Consistently maintain a high level of customer service with a pleasant attitude and appropriate follow-up of concerns and requests
Maintain confidentiality about all medical and other private participant information.
Route medical and technical questions, cancelations through appropriate channels, even after hours.
Comply with all applicable compliance, safety directives, and regulations.
Develop recruiting material for distribution
Lead special recruiting projects for BioLinked clients and other OBI clients.
