Mission

Our Mission is to provide each student with a quality, Christian education in a caring, culturally diverse environment, and to provide a foundation so all students may become contributing members of our community.

About Our Lady of Hungary School, we are: 

• A close-knit community with engaged families and hardworking students, administration, faculty, and staff,
• Closely tied to our parish (two school Masses a week, confession weekly, adoration and devotions regularly in the church),
• Engaged in the mission of evangelization to our students and families, helping bring the children and their families to the sacraments and the faith,
• ~185 students PreK – Grade 8,
• ~92% percent of the students are Hispanic,
• The school has nine full-time teachers K-8, ELL teachers, Gym-Art-Music teachers, two Title I (Math and Reading) teachers and reading aid, two K-8 Resource Aids, a PK teacher and aid, and
• Pastor, Principal, Administrative Assistant, Student and Staff Resource Coordinator, Front Desk Secretary & Custodian.

• A strong and vibrant Catholic faith,
• At least five years of teaching/administrative experience is a plus but not required,
• Elementary Administrative Licensing or eligibility,
• Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required,
• We seek someone with spiritual, academic, managerial, and resource knowledge,
• The knowledge to help students learn morals and values, and to excel spiritually, academically, socially, and physically in order to help students reach the goal of Catholic education—heaven,
• The desire to partner with the pastor, faculty, staff, and parents for the betterment of the parish, School, and students,
