Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with other employees.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
