Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a hybrid Office Manager and Permit Runner. This role is essential in ensuring our office operates smoothly while also managing the timely acquisition of necessary permits. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements
Measures of Success:
1. Permit Acquisition/Approval: Maintain a minimum of a 95% on-time and accurate permit submissions and approvals.
2. Office Efficiency: Maintain an organized, clean, and efficiently running office, with all supplies fully stocked and equipment well-maintained.
3. Cost Management: Effectively manage office expenses within the allocated budget.
4. Task Completion: Complete administrative tasks and special projects by established deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
