We recently received a private investment round from Spectrum Equity, putting Cozi and OurFamilyWizard in the same neighborhood as Grubhub, Ancestry.com, Headspace, and others. We are looking for passionate team members to join us in accelerating our growth to the next level by reaching the millions of families who can benefit from our technology solutions.
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) located in Texas who will help build our relationships with family law professionals. As a BDR, you will be supporting growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals. We expect BDRs to work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify and conduct outreach to family law professionals who work with co-parents. The ideal person is someone who has natural sales instincts, sound business insight, a persuasive personality and a passion for winning to get professionals excited about how OurFamilyWizard can help their clients.
What you will accomplish:
  • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients
  • Understand OurFamilyWizard's offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospects needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Professional Liaisons
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRM, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals

What you bring:
  • 6 months in a qualifying or prospecting sales role required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
