We currently have immediate openings available for A-C level gas and diesel technicians. We offer top-tier compensation and signing bonuses for qualified candidates.

A, B and C level applicants must be proficient in basic diagnoses and repair of electrical, steering, engine, driveline and suspension. Manufacturer certifications, VA state and emissions inspection licenses are a plus but not a must.

Automotive Technician Job Requirements:

• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, electrical and air conditioning while following Ford’s diagnostic and repair recommendations
• Perform inspection of customers’ vehicles and give necessary repair recommendations to service advisors
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and work effectively with the service advisors
• Valid driver's license

Automotive Technician Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years automotive technician / mechanic experience preferred
• Need to identify client's concerns quickly
• Able to learn new automotive technology
• Strong knowledge base of light trucks and medium duty trucks
• Extensive Ford knowledge with Ford certifications
• Valid Driver’s License
