As a Marketing Coordinator within the Global Brand Partnerships team within the Global Brand Partnerships team, you will be part of the team contributing towards developing and executing the team contributing towards developing and executing the marketing activation of our Global Brand Partnerships. Driving engagement and acquisition across dynamic partnerships in sports, entertainment, travel and more. You will play a pivotal role in our social media presence, create compelling content, and work closely with ambassadors and influencers to amplify Ouro’s portfolio of products along with our portfolio of brand partnerships. This role will support ideation/execution for digital and physical activations and experiences.The Marketing Coordinator position is a unique opportunity to be part of a hyper growth team driven by results
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in development and implementation of partnership activation strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing activation initiatives which include social media, content creation, and asset management
  • Create and track marketing ticket requests through JIRA system
  • Manage relationships with ambassadors and influencers
  • Support organization of events, activation, promotion and other marketing activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics
  • Ensuring brand consistency across each program
  • Creative content creation
  • Collaboration on contests and sweepstakes initiatives
  • Assist with management of marketing budget and marketing invoice payment process
  • Support hospitality efforts-ticket distribution, “know before you go” communication, food/beverage, etc.
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess 2-5 years experience in sports sponsorship activation/marketing experience or recent college graduate
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
  • Ability to work in hyper growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Part of the “face of Ouro” team for in person partner key events
  • Self-starter, driven, willingness to take ownership and initiative
  • Well-versed in Excel and configuring data through pivot tables
  • PowerPoint, Google Slides and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a data driven environment
  • Knowledge of sports, entertainment, and travel is desirable
  • Travel required based on program events, QBR’s, presentations, etc.
  • Create “look back” presentations on key events, program wrap up and campaigns
  • Manage marketing and sponsorship asset trackers
  • Oversee guest management and execution of guest experience across hospitality opportunities
  • Perform other responsibilities as required
