Out of Town is a womens and baby clothing store located in Bismarck and Dickinson, ND. It's been 12 years since we opened and we are just getting started! We are growing rapidly, so there is a lot of room for growth within our company.

Our Retail Sales Associates are our front line and the people who help all of our customers put outfits together, or find the perfect gift. We are currently looking for part-time hours, but are open to discussing full-time as well. You must have some weekend availability and be open to working some holidays, but we can be flexible with scheduling.

What You Will Do:

• Working the sales floor and building relationships with our guests
• Helping our customers put together complete outfits for their event, or everyday
• Keeping the sales floor clean, tidy, and straightened
• Changing mannequins, window displays, and assisting with merchandising the floor
• Checking out our guests on the computer till

Must Haves:

• An awareness of fashion and trends, willing to try new outfit ideas
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Highly coachable, and open to feedback and growth
• Adaptable and able to work in an ever-changing environment
• Effective multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple things at once
• Thrives on a fast-paced work environment
• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
