Director, Digital Marketing

As the Director, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives and drive measurable results. From developing innovative campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' success in the digital realm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing and digital advertising.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, content development, creative direction, and optimization.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposal development, leveraging digital marketing expertise to craft compelling strategies showcasing our agency's capabilities and value proposition for potential clients.
  • Partner with our analytics team on market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of digital marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including media vendors, technology providers, and agencies, to maximize resources and drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and drive success.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum of 2 years of most recent experience managing a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional performance and driving client success.
