Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading technical implementations of Dynamics 365 projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Technical Implementations: Oversee and guide the technical aspects of MS Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Technical Design and Architecture: Develop and design the technical architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and aligned with client requirements.
Solution Development: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including the development of custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and technical consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices, and proactively implement improvements to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementations, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Azure services, .NET framework, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior staff.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
