JOB SUMMARY

Senior Implementation Coordinators are responsible for supporting the gathering of business and operational requirements between clients, business owners, operations & IT teams. Implementation Coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations for external clients. Organizes and manages project plans, cross functional teams, and commitments to the customer. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations and reports out to client. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ONBOARDING

• Lead payer, pharma, and/or pharmacy clients through implementing their programs within the suite of Outcomes platforms
• Creating file data specs for new programs for new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the data technology team on data file implementation
• Responsible for new program configuration within internal tooling
• Collaborate with reporting team to address any client customized reports
• Accountable to progress of all related implementation steps
• Coordination with internal teams to launch new programs
• Identify at-risk deliverables, develop risk mitigation plans and escalate as needed

Product Launch

• Understand existing & pipeline products deeply
• Support new pilots & client launches, as well as expanded programs for existing clients
• Understand and document all operational needs for a program launch

Outcomes Champion

• Educate selves & others on new products, clients or customers in pipeline
• Execute on new product implementations
• Give customers the best first experience with Outcomes
• Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential
• Customer service, problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills required
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Needs the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with IT and data teams preferred.
• Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Product tracking tools
• Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to <10%
