Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Tech to join our team and sew patches on caps. As an Embroidery Tech, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines, setting up designs, and ensuring high-quality stitching on caps. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate embroidery machines to sew patches on caps according to provided instructions and designs.

- Set up embroidery machines by selecting appropriate threads, needles, and hoops for each job.

- Load caps onto the machine, ensuring proper placement and alignment for accurate stitching.

- Adjust machine settings, such as speed and tension, to achieve optimal stitching quality.

- Inspect finished caps to ensure they meet quality standards, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine maintenance and thread changes.

- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Embroidery Tech or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or apparel industry.

- Proficient in operating embroidery machines and knowledge of various embroidery techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality stitching.

- Familiarity with different types of caps and their construction.

- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and work orders.

- Basic computer skills to operate embroidery software and input design parameters.

- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them.
